Hasselblad XPan II images

The Hasselblad XPan camera (now discontinued) used 35 mm film and would expose nearly two frames worth at a shot to take a panoramic picture. Please don’t misunderstand that however. When pressing the shutter it would only take one picture with a frame size of 24x65 mm format instead of the conventional 24x36 mm format from 35 mm film.

I purchased my XPan used and while I have barely begun to play with it, I am thoroughly delighted with what this camera can do.  It makes me sad that Hasselblad chose to discontinue this camera. While film has all but disappeared in the onslaught of digital, there are some of us who still enjoy the medium and I am one.  I hope you will enjoying these.
